Fellow Alumni, we are set to meet for our first ever AGMA Alumni Board Meeting. All Officers, Board Members, and Batch Representatives/Coordinators are asked to attend so we can finally discuss pertinent issues regarding our preparations for the upcoming Grand Alumni Homecoming.

We have already sent emails for the Officers and Board Members. For our Batch Coordinators, we do not have complete email addresses of everyone, so please advised that we will post this same invitation to our FB Page and on our website.

After a quick online election, we now have the elected members of the Board (At-Large) for the AGMA Grand Alumni.

Other members of the Alumni Board shall be the Elected Board Officers, Batch Representatives, and an AGMA Representative.
These members shall serve, according to our by-laws a term of five years. If, and only if, the upcoming Grand Alumni, acting as the highest governing body of the organization, decided to co-opt the newly elected officers. The Grand Alumni however, if it decided to do so, may elect new ones at the Grand Alumni event.
The 1st Board meeting is currently set on September 08, 2012, 9:00 AM inside AGMA campus.
Here’s the result of our online voting that ended May 25, 2012 for members of our Alumni Board.
After a quick online election on our Facebook Group page, the AGMA Granbd Alumni opted to elect the following Officers:

These officers shall assume their duties as provided on Article VII on our Constitution & By-laws, and are hereby tasked to promote such mandated duties.
It is noted that these officers, along other elected members of the Alumni Board, shall serve in an ad-hoc capacity until such time that the Grand Alumni convenes and decide.
